Pros

Great pay and benefits packag, this must be the best pay in Tucson. Good social network. Intuit is very good at training and onboarding new employees

Cons

Senior management does not make good decisions for the customer- they say they are listening to the employee and the customer but they aren't. Change happens all the time often before results can be dissected-let the dust settle. Often the product doesn't do what the engineers say it can do when they say it can. Very political and clicky you have to know how to schmooze and the say the right word at the right time.

Advice to Senior Management

Stop saying and doing what you "think sounds right ' to the shareholders and do what needs to be done. Get rid of people who work there to be part of the boys club. Cut down on traveling expenses.
