Current Employee - Staff Engineer in Bangalore (India)

I have been working at Intuit full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Good Engineers
Good Leadeship team ( VP, Directors )
    Good Compensation

    Cons

Bad managers middle-level ( SDMs, GDMs ). Talkers are much more valued than doers. Performance ratings nowhere relate to performance.
Outdated technology stack , you will get bored easily.
    Sandboxed business domain
Too much of so called innovation ( not truly innovative ), and technology innovations get lost in the mass.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It is said to be "people first", but most of the managers doesnt understand this philosophy. AES scores doesnt reflect the truth, employees are scared to tell the truth.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
