I have been working at Intuit full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Technologically forward thinking. Work/life balance. Virtual work is widely accepted. Many Senior level managers are SMART.

    Cons

Some of the higher level software isn't competitive enough for the bigger firms. Culture is bizarre. If you dare express your opinion, you are rejected. If you aren't politically correct, you are rejected. So much possibility, but caught in an often absurd web of their own creation. Often compared to Google, Ebay, Amazon etc but definitely not that progressive. Layoffs happening again this year at end of their 4th quarter. Poor budgetng, poor planning. 80+ personnel had hours mandatory cut. Scary....

Worst immigration team! Not a suitable company for foreign workers seeking permanent residence status.

    Pros

Good work life balance. Great location.

    Cons

Worst immigration policies! And, most of the Intuit's flagship products are running on obsolete technology.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change your immigration policy or put a banner outside your company saying "We don't hire immigrants!"
