ProsWoodland Hills office is fantastic with a cafeteria, gym and coffee bar. Top notch.

ConsPoor communication from the top down. Very reactive middle management changes direction of work from month to month.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet input from experts regarding direction technology should take and then standardize on it. Make a decision and have managers communicate direction. Make sure everyone is on the same page.

    Pros: Good engineers to work with, most of the people you work "with" are smart and good, but ones you… Cons: Lot of partiality, where internal job transfer or promotion happen just die to relationship and sometime good candidates does… Advice to Senior Management: Find all bad manager/architect and leader and send them home, otherwise good engineers will be going somewhere else.
