    Pros

    1. Good open culture. 2. Experienced the structured follow-me-home methodology. 3. Decent budget to run the experiment. 4. Flexible work environment

    Cons

    1. Not a good place to grow your career if you are more than 20 years.
    2. Local organization is highly political.
    3. The expat manager don't add value to the team.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please ensure you get the right people to run the India organization for the Indian markets. The US leaders, while capable and have good leadership skills, they do not understand what it means to make products at the right price in India.

    Pros

Two reasons - Brad Smith and Tayloe Stansbury. Both are great leaders with a clear strategy and excellent communicators.

    Cons

Intuit needs to come up with new "cash cows" to replace its aging products.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Dear Brad and Tayloe, Start getting rid of non-performers.
