I have been working at Intuit full-time (more than a year)

Pros

intuit is good at Leadership development. The founder, Scott Cook does a good job of pushing the company to stay fresh in this rapidly changing landscape (e.g. Design Thinking, Lean Startup thinking, etc.)

Cons

Like any large company, it can be a bit bureaucratic. Also, it seems senior leadership is pretty caught up with meeting Wallstreet numbers.
