Pros

Good work life balance. Great location.

Worst immigration policies! And, most of the Intuit's flagship products are running on obsolete technology.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

I worked at Intuit full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Benefits are the best I have ever seen.

    Cons

Add on work, no pay. Leaders talk down to people not on their level

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep those people that have heart. Keeping all "Red" personalities will make employees feel like they are only to do their job and not grow.
