I have been working at Intuit full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Learning culture, very competitive pay, very smart people, great encouragement and resources for personal growth from management.
Intuit recently restructured the org around TurboTax & Quickbooks/small business solutions which should hopefully refocus the company.

    Cons

Lots of PowerPoints and analysis paralysis, too many people focused on protecting their personal brand instead of getting things done.

    I worked at Intuit full-time

    Pros

Awesome, friendly people. Industry-leading products. Great rotational program for recent college grads. Smart, charismatic CEO who you can trust is making good decisions.

    Cons

Upward career mobility is slow and getting a title promotion takes years. The reason I left was that I was offered a job level at another company that would have taken me 2-3 years to achieve at Intuit.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

IF there is an attrition issue, offer more competitive salaries and career development opportunities to keep your best employees.
