Pros

Intuit has good benefits, a lot of work which makes day at work go fast and employees are very friendly.

Cons

middle management show favoritism and are not good role models. Too much interaction of non work among employees with no action from middle management. Slow in resolving in house systems to make the work process go more smoothly. New phone system when call is being transferred has bad connection hard to hear customer and employees have to call merchant back to resolve merchant issues.

Advice to Management

middle manage management show them self in a good way however when upper management is not in the individual departments they act in a negative way to their employees.

    Pros

There are many opportunities to learn and grow, internal advancement possibilities are available and the core operating values are in alignment with my personal integrity.

    Cons

They have a tendency to restructure, almost on an annual basis. This causes gaps in productivity and undue stress.

    Advice to Management

Find ways of leveraging people into new roles instead of "Reducing Force" every year. It's one thing if you have individuals who are not a good fit for the overall company, but you tend to lose skilled and engaged people while disengaging those who are left after the dust settles.
