Great Company but things can be better

QBO Representative (Former Employee) Fredericksburg, VA

ProsCampus is loaded with things to make it easy for you to enjoy your day....Gym on site, Lunch room and other things as well.

ConsBonus structure.....The bonus is based on the reply of customers surveys in which the rep has no control over. Meaning....If the system is down and a customer is calling in for assistance with Quick Books, And the problem isn't solved by the end of the call The customer would normally give a bad survey on a 0-10 scale and if its anything lower than an 8 it hurts your overall bonus.

Advice to Senior ManagementRethink the bonus structure because it isn't fair to the staff to take money out of the pockets of the reps when they have no control of the system.
