I have been working at Intuit full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Nice facilities, cafeteria, gym, walking trail, high end video conferencing, great tech support, nice and friendly people

    Cons

Extremely political, zero innovation, a place that will suffocate your career and regress your skills, too many useless meetings that slow down decision making, old school senior management that is stuck in 1980s mentality and doesn't understand web, mobile, etc. Senior management can't inspire or lead at all.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Replace your internally-bread VPs and above with outsiders that can bring a new fresh perspective to a company that hasn't innovated in decades. Eliminate unnecessary management layers, processes, formalities, etc.
