    Pros

    1. Very collaborative culture 2. Good work-life balance

    Cons

    1. Not a great place to work for a type A person who wants to deliver results and move forward fast. Collaborative culture slows everything down. Too many powerpoints and nothing happens after. 2. Some highly awarded managers didn't seem anything above mediocrity.

    Advice to Management

Stop talking about innovation and start innovating. Let people to step up and make a change in smaller teams.
