    Approves of CEO

I worked at Intuit full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great CEO, great benefits, better than average facilities. Innovation is encouraged and rewarded Culture of can-do Excellence expected

    Cons

Middle management lacked experience Management expected individual contributors to do the technical work AND, in some cases, drive projects - essentially doing THEIR job.

    Advice to Management

Continue innovating. Bring products like mobile payments to market sooner so you don't get trounced by Square or other competitors.
