I have been working at Intuit

    Pros

Great company with lots of good ideas and an environment that promotes creativity and innovation.

Leadership is constantly looking for new opportunities to grow the company while still being focused on the core business.

    Cons

    - The company is becoming plagued with bad managers as well as many good managers put in bad situations.

    - Office politics has taken the fun out of coming to work.

    - There are too many people trying to make a name for themselves rather than focusing on helping the company get better at solving our customers needs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - Make people accountable.
    - Don't reward people for using smoke and mirrors to make a name for themselves.
    - Let managers be closer to their employees and know them better.
    - People managers should manage people not just try to please their higher ups.
