I have been working at Invenio Solutions

Pros

Trainer is top notch.
Friendly coworkers.
Interesting and diverse mix of employees.

Cons

No direction from management.
Call center mentality.
Very low morale. Premier sales people want out.
Company will put you on warning for no reason, walk you out the door.
Company has not given out quotas to sales people in 6 months.
Nasty office: toilets often overflow and there are no paper towels in women's restroom by lunchtime.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Train your management team. Communicate and listen to your employees. Strategize: you seem to be reacting, not being proactive. Your Premier sales people are not call center people: treat them accordingly.

I have been working at Invenio Solutions

    Pros

Mgmt. stays out of the way
Leave your job 5:01pm -physically and mentally
Good HVAC system - never too hot or too cold
Working fridge, coffee pots, sinks, and microwaves
    Clean bathrooms
    Good parking

    Cons

Managment is based on a popularity contest
ALL mgmt doors are closed, always, they sit behind them like exotic iguanas at the zoo.
Zero training for the job. Get ready and sit through a circus show of smoke and mirrors performed by idiots who think they know how to lead. It's a 4 day snooze-fest.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Nothing like fattening up the goose for the sale to the highest bidder.

    Pros

Met some great coworkers that care about human beings which management does not.

    Cons

    Poor Management
    Poor Benefits
    Poor Pay
    Closed communication loop
No defined goals until after the fact
    Poor Leadership
    Cut Throat environment
    Favoritism
    Unfair expectations and work practices
"what have you done for me lately" mentality
    Short Term focus
    Misleading deviant work practices
    Sheep in wolves clothing leadership
Worst company I have ever worked for. Do not trust the praise and smiles because behind the door they are plotting to get rid of you. Expectations are unreasonable and you will be used as a tool to fatten the wallets of the so called leadership and owners. You will be used as a revenue generator then discarded like a piece of trash. Do not believe any rhetoric about career path and future with the company. It is a pipe dream and does not exist. This company is short term focused and their solvency is only as secure as the next 6 month contract. HR is horrible! You are not represented as an employee and a valued member of the company. This HR department is pro business and does not care an inch about you. This is fertile ground for a union because employees have no representation whatsoever. I could go on and on but please take my advice and keep looking for an employer that will give you a satisfying work experience. This is not the one.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Complete overhaul. Need an investor to buy the company and get rid of the cabal. If that is not an option, require executive leadership to take a crash course in Emotional Intelligence.
