    Pros

Reasonable benefits and comfortable work environment. Worldwide presence in the financial services industry is helpful. Company has discontinued many products or services which were not strong suits.

    Cons

Personal development program somewhat limited. Too many changes over the years has taken away familiarity of what company is about from the investing public.

    Advice to Management

Too many changes make it hard for clients to know what company stands for. It is important to see what customers are looking for before additional changes are made.
