Pros

Offered tons of benefits and opportunities for employees to make it a fun atmosphere.

Cons

Compensation was average. In just the short time I was there it went from one big family to a more corporate atmosphere...which took away some of the charm of the company.

Advice to Management

Make sure that compensation packages are competitive and make sure managers are trained to be managers.

    Pros

Great benefits and a great training regime, training gets you up to speed about your duties so you do not feel inadequate. Also, their networking between various departments is up to snuff. Various ways of interacting outside of work including through sports and community service.

    Cons

Literally everything is graded, from your work to the way you stay organized. Its high school over again. Also do not dare speak up against authority even for blatantly wrong decisions. It will cost you your job, they have no qualms about letting people go.

    Advice to Management

You have to review the system you have in place for client services, no one feels safe with their jobs.
