ProsGood benefits (insurance and vacation). Good mixture of management team members. Nice work environment. Free soft drinks. Various career options available.

ConsThe pay is not as good compared to similar job titles within the industry. A little top heavy on management.

Advice to Senior ManagementGreat company to work for if you are looking for good benefits, vacation, and an average salary. A good place to get your foot in the door.
