I worked at Invesco full-time for more than a year

ProsMy salary was very good for the geographical region I'm in.
The firm was proactive about using very good technology.
They seem to have strong integrity and were very honest about market problems.

ConsThey are a bond investment firm. You take the risks that entails. I as laid off because of the bond market crash.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep being honest and up-front.

I have been working at Invesco full-time


Pros: - Provide free parking - Good amount of vacation/sick/personal days Cons: -You are required to work 37.5 hours week to be full time but the workload is so much that you have to go overtime and… Advice to Senior Management: They expect the new hire to have CPA license but doesn't compensate for it.… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
