A great place to work gone bad.

Customer Service Manager (Former Employee) Houston, TX

ProsSalary was above market rate, and our small group was excellent. Many friendships made.

ConsCompany worked its employees to the bone, with little to no recognition. After the AIM/Invesco merger, the Invesco IT management was incredibly poor. No respect to their employees, which in turn caused everyone to work with blinders on.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop managing to the bottom line. Let the employees do their thing! You had a great group of extremely talented people, however now most have left or been laid off. Marty Flanagan is trying to keep the ship afloat at all costs, and those costs have removed wheat made the company strong to begin with - its employees. Too bad.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
