I worked at Invesco full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Large diversified firm so they won't mess up too much. Overseas assets making up for the poor investment results in the US.

Cons

They really aren't interested in improving investment performance. All the emphaisis is on the ETF business and they are starving the mutual funds. They force out people in the 50's.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have you thought about why your best younger salespeople and money managers don't stick around? Maybe because Invesco makes a habit of firing people as soon as the hit the age of 50 or 55.
Isn't it amazing that no one gets hired above the age of 50?
