Pros – Can't really think of any good reasons to work there. If you reside in Tampa, the location would be an upside. I get to work in 10 minutes

Advice to Senior Management – Hire comptetent managers and employees. There is no accountability and rules are made up on a whim. Management needs to learn how their own departments function.
