Pros

IPM is great at growing career paths for their employees.
Management leadership recently changed and communications are much better.
The company has great products and partnerships with excellent advisors.
Smart, hard-working, friendly people work here.
Diverse community of people.
Casual environment and decent flexibility.

Cons

Financial products tied to the stock market - can be good or rocky.
There was a cycle of many late nights but after processes were reviewed and streamlined, efforts were changed up a bit and there is better predictability and work-life balance.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue with the communications and the open door policy. Work-life balance is so much better.
