    Pros

Clear direction. Understanding employees. Good communication. Senior design credits for graduation. Assistance in presentation skills. Good work environment to share ideas.

    Cons

I did not receive compensation for my work at the company because I was not hired as an employee. I completed a project for the company as part of my senior design class for graduation.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing great things. The medical industry is expensive, but it is always looking for innovation.
