Pros – You really feel you are contributing to others' wellbeing and that your colleagues are committed to the work you do.
Cons – Some of the other staff members get a little carried away with their pro-company attitude and the objectives of the organization...lose a little focus.
Advice to Senior Management – Listen more to employees' input.
