Pros

Seems to know what ticks employees in terms rewards, training etc
flexible-when your line manager wants to be

Cons

all that talk on rewarding employees but no actions
too much red tape bureaucracy
v low pay and v little/late promotions

    Pros

    - practise problem solving skills
    - fairly simple and straight forward
    - requires no experience
    - Good working environment (indoor, AC, etc)

    Cons

    - Awkward hours
    - Pressure to complete a set number of surveys
    - Certain survey topics may be sensitive to some
    - Minimum wage

    Pros

    my day of working, i can choose it although i must work for 5 day min.

    Cons

    each survey is 1 hour long and some are even longer. some more, the question sounds stupid.
