Graduate scheme

TRE (Former Employee)
London, England (UK)

I worked at Ipsos full-time for more than a year

ProsGreat people- good atmosphere amongst the graduate waves- have remained friends for years
Training scheme good and detailed
Honest and open communication
Visible senior management
Good progression after the trainee period

ConsSome very mind-numbing tasks for graduates- they pay graduates too much to have them doing menial tasks which are seen by some senior management to be "rights of passage". They should employ lower paid admin workers to do these tasks so that the graduates can focus on tasks with more skill.
Often repetitive work, with no real analysis, recommendations or creativity expected- just simple narration of the findings.
Some junior staff are very overworked.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
