Great experience, people were great to work with. Managers are real nice and helpful, Senior managers are the same.

ProsNobody is invisible, great job for recent grad, managers work with you alot, Senior managers are very helpful as well as VP's

ConsLeaving before 6pm is taboo, work can get monotonous, sometimes communication with data programmers was lacking, cubicle atmosphere creates limited work relationships

Advice to Senior ManagementLeadership is great at Ipsos when I was there. I would recommend to work on data communication with other VP's across Ipsos (Cincy) to eliminate repeating work, encourage getting up and moving around and co-worker interaction to keep sanity. Take it easy with the late nights, especially on the ones who don't make that much money to begin with

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
