Pros – Support from your VP. VP of FIeld HR was always very supportive and gave credit where it was due. Great place to grow your career and start out.

Cons – Middle management in HR lacks ability to relate to staff.
East coast staff is very bereaucratic and stereotyped certain team members while West coast field HR Staff seemed to run tighter operations and preached on career development and gave challenging objectives.

Advice to Senior Management – Do not promote someone just because their technical skills off the charts. They need to be able to lead with integrity and know how to empoer and not surpress their people.
