Current Employee – been working at Iron Mountain Inc

Pros – The company has great name recognition for your resume. It is a good stepping stone to other potential employment opportunities.

Cons – Too much nepotism and cronyism is promotions. Many people in the highest positions have no idea what they are actually supposed to be doing, and the rest of the staff is covering for them. You will likely not have a different title than the one you get when you are first hired.

Advice to Senior Management – Re-examine the qualifications of Senior Mgt. Also examine their work output. Many of them dont do much work at all.
