    Pros

No sure there are too many pros. The co-workers are nice and friendly. People take the time to get to know you and doesn't feel extremely corporate.

    Cons

Bad hours, bad management, no room for advancement, low pay, and failing enterprise make this company one to stay away from. Unless you have been at your same position for 10 years, you are making barely enough to pay rent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Find a way to show the employees you care financially. I could do without the once a month lunches and attitude.

    Pros

Lots of challenging work and easy to shine. The bar is set pretty low, so normal competence shines brighter than the surroundings.

    Cons

To much work of the current staff. Senoir VPs who don't get it - but think they do.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get real about what a fixed number of resources can accomplish.
