Cons

Limited structure and leadership. Leadership is very hands off with helicopter approach. Company rushes out initiatives with minimal groundwork put in place resulting in half-baked rollouts that staff and customers must navigate through.

Advice to Senior Management

Overly focused on price increases, pricing company out of markets, and slow to respond to changing market conditions. Bring focus back to providing a good, consistent, customer experience.
