Cons

Change Management. Overall, Iron Mountain is moving towards a Performance Driven culture that will rate employees based on a Pay for Performance scale. A large partof the employee population has consisted of acquisitions of several competitors companies that has led to a bleeding cultural effect as we move towards a new frontier. Communication vehicles are not always as revolving and streamlined as you would expect from a billion dollar organization but this has gotten better with the implementation of a new Human Resources team geared in advocating a better "partnership" with frontline employees.

Advice to Senior Management

Do not over complicate simple initiatives with multi level communications. Be as detailed as possible when rolling out an initiative and stick to your plan to allow streamlined communication.
