“Out of college...Perfect!....but......mid-level....Run”
I worked at Iron Mountain Inc full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – laid back environment.....casual fridays and summer..... nice facility....
Cons – Unstable and "foggy" commision structure......tremendous misuse of strong talent....constant change .....narcassistic management that does not lead by example.....extremely unqualified being promoted based on who is "buddys" ....aka extensive corporate politics
Advice to Senior Management – over 50 percent of management Known to be job searching while at Iron Mountain.....yet employees are expected to respect management as dedicated leaders?
