Pros

Iron Mountain in Collegeville, PA is a great place to work. The offices are beautiful, the support staff is highly trained, and senior management is easy to access. There is also a cafeteria in house and a gym, which really made working late easy.

Cons

Because their are two headquarters, Boston and Collegeville, half the team is in another state. The most senior people are in Boston, so if you are in Collegeville, your opportunities for growth are limited.

Advice to Senior Management

I loved working for Iron Mountain. I think the sales leadership team is absolutely top notch. No complaints at all.
