    I worked at Iron Mountain Inc full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

    Good Benefits, Charity work they get the employees to be involved in.

    Cons

    Not employee friendly only worry about the numbers, need to focus more on employee morale and customer support.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Open your eyes to the good employees you lay off, and listen and follow through on things that need to be improved.

    Pros

    Good Pay & benefits , Good People, Good work life balance, Company can grow 200% in revenues in next 5 years. if they have people to execute CEO's Vision.

    Cons

    Company has vision, But often hires and looses people who can execute the vision, Not a Place to make a career or grow in your career, no technology leadership. Leadership team like to get surrounded by the people they knew from past life.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Evaluate the contributions of all Directors and V.P at individual , group level and their impact to Organisation. Invest in Technology and Technology IP to take Iron Mountain to next level.
    Your vision to stay competitive with Technology can only happen if you have in house Talent.
    Try to evaluate, why people are leaving Iron Mountain, though offered good pay , benefits. If you interview the people left in last 12 months you will understand what is going on at Iron Mountain.
