Iron Mountain Inc Undisclosed in Jersey City, NJ:   (Current Employee)

Pros

There are many offices locations across the country which allows relocation while staying with the same employer. There are some excellent managers that are mentors who also promote growth opportunities.

Cons

The local top management. These folks care nothing about the employees, they act as though they are un-touchable. There is a "boys club" that you can't penetrate, these employees hurt so much more than they help. Management by bulling. STOP HIRING YOUR RELATIVES and giving them the opportunities that should be opened to everyone.

Advice to Senior Management

Refresh the pool of LOCAL VP's. These guys are tired, old school, and don't achieve the results they could if they were more personable, down to earth, communicated, and most of all FAIR. This team has resulted in the downfall of this territory and will continue to until there are changes made. Come out of your glass offices and see what really goes on in the field...this company used to be great, now it is not even OK.
