    Pros

    Solid Healthcare benefits, Stable Company

    Cons

Management is chosen on a "Who I like" basis. A majority of managers lack any kind of leadership skills whatsoever, they lack training, ability, vision and finesse. There is an attitude of "Us" and "Them." The thought process is to condescend to the Little People and to make sure they have absolutely no legitimate voice in anything. The pay is particularly bad- if you work at a community in anything less than a management role you can only HOPE to earn $15 an hour. The bonus structures ONLY help those in management positions or the Leasing Consultants. The Leasing Consultants are Gods that can do no wrong, but the minute you don't make those sales numbers you're out.

    Advice to Management

The back bone of the community is the Administration and Maintenance--pay these people a living wage. Clean house and start hiring Leaders rather than Managers.

    Pros

If you have a hard time thinking for yourself, they do it for you.

    Cons

Wasn't even allowed to put pictures of my family on my desk! Monitored my appearance down to the way I did my hair. If I wanted to be somebody's puppet, I'd find a sugar daddy that paid me what I'm worth!
