I worked at Isobar US as an intern for less than a year

Pros

Nice culture and work environment, free snacks, sometimes free lunch. Near the T station.

Cons

Hardly you will learn anything new in the company. It seems you are not encouraged to learn stuff new, especially in engineering field.

I worked at Isobar US as a contractor for less than a year

    Pros

Great offices and solid Project Managers. The work was pretty interesting and I had the opportunity to be on a great team of Android developers.

    Cons

Commute is difficult from the train station every day. There is a bus that can take you but its 4 bucks a day and you have to have a special pass. No a lot of sharing or learning from other teams. Even though it has an open work desks teams feel segregated.

A great place to work, but not a true agency.

I have been working at Isobar US full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The office is gorgeous, the commute is fantastic and I met some of the most creative and talented people of my career here.

    Cons

The agency is managed by two guys named Jeff in Chicago who don't really seem to have a lot of enthusiam for expanding the agency beyond a quiet, "professional-looking" production house for OLA. That, and a quick look at what other C1s were making leads me to believe I was probably underpaid.
