    Pros

    -Lots of hours!
-The banquet staff and employees at the front desk are very nice!

    Cons

-Almost everyone is paid minimum wage and raises are rare (usually only when minimum wage increases).
-Lifeguards are often expected to sit in the stand for 5 or 6 hours without a break (which is probably not legal).
-Management emphasizes seniority rather then the quality of the job being done.
-New staff especially is treated poorly by management and supervisors.
-Management is NOT honest with employees and employees are often held to a higher standard then management.

    Advice to Management

Treat the incoming staff with more respect. Management should be setting a good example for impressional 16 year olds.
