I have been working at Ixia full-time for more than a year

ProsFree Coffee and nice decor.

ConsSmall office with cliques.
No team spirit .
Bad manners with each other occurs far too often.
People do not treat each other with respect.
Some staff have unwarranted egos and self belief.
Do not listen to other opinions or new ideas.

Advice to Senior ManagementFire people who need to be fired
Break up cosy cliques and change the culture.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros: Dynamic environment, with lots of people to learn stuff from. That is if one is willing to learn and improve… Cons: Teams have a strong autonomy, so it kind of depends who your direct supervisor is. Pros: Lots of knowledgeable people from which you can learn. Cons: A ping-pong table that kills productivity. :) More
