    Pros

If you're lucky, you get to work with the latesc stuff in networking. Also, in my opinion, the company is doing great economically and you get a great feeling of accomplishment.

    Cons

From time to time, we need to collaborate with teams from US and this might mean staying late.

    Pros

Dynamic environment, with lots of people to learn stuff from. That is if one is willing to learn and improve his skills.

The rating system upon which, the managers are mainly evaluated based on the feedback provided by the ones they manage

    Cons

Teams have a strong autonomy, so it kind of depends who your direct supervisor is. Some people can have a really hard time and be constantly under pressure if their manager is eager to prove himself.
