ProsPlenty of technical work opportunities to grow and work with cool people

Consno work life balance.
disparity of pay....even within the same organization.
Middle management is a 'yes man' team
Each organization is held to a different standard...budgeting of time or money is never right.

Advice to Senior ManagementSenior management has 'double standards'
Focus on your people and align compensation practices with Industry.

Pros: Great company to work for when no one is dependent on you. You will definitely… Cons: Work becomes monotonous and no balance between work and personal life. From morning 9 AM till late night… Advice to Senior Management: Please try solving the above problem.
