Pros

The people that work their are fantastic.

Cons

The corporate bull.... employees are called "Champions" and managers are "Coaches". If you want to become a bartender, even if you are experienced, you must complete training for the server position as well.

Advice to Senior Management

Times change, you need to as well. Listen to your employees, they have good ideas about how to keep the flow of the company moving.
