I have been working at J.B. Hunt

Pros – Excellent culture. Executive team has shown that they are willing to push for continued growth. Very diversified business with a great business plan and structure.

Cons – Biggest downside is that its still just a transportation and logistics company. If you expect to climb very high, expect to have some tenure with the company. It helps retain the culture but might steer others away.
