    Pros

JC Penny's is a great place to work for teens whom just want a little cash, it also could be a good first job also. Managment is pretty good and they do not mind working around your schedule if need be.

    Cons

The pay is terrible! Use JC Penney's could really just be a second job for gas money alone...but if you are trying to pay for an apartment or a house alone, obviously this would not be the place to work.

    Advice to Management

If you don't want turn over, I would REALLY suggest paying employees a bit more money.

    Pros

The best reasons to work at the home office are friendly co-workers, great location, nice corporate office, good compensation, and lots of amenities within the home office.

    Cons

It can be hard for non-management associates to advance. Some areas do not promote a creative atmosphere. Associates are constantly being moved to new areas without being asked.

    Advice to Management

Promote from within more (for non-management associates). Ask associates what areas they want to work in, instead of just moving then without acknowledging their area of expertise.
