Pros – The discount. 20% off. which is absolutely great considering the fact that they have a sephora within jc penney. Flexible scheduling
Cons – Holiday hours are the worst. Black Friday was an absolute nightmare. stayed until 6 in the morning. They tend to change your schedule last minute as well
Advice to Senior Management – Better communication with employees.
