    Pros

    Great compensation, work life balance, and benefits, and most people there are great to work with. Nice campus with lots of amenities and conveniences within the building. Great location in North Dallas to be single or raise a family.

    Cons

    Little room to advance. You have to be cross functional and be willing to move laterally for several years and learn other positions before being promoted. Otherwise, if you don't, you can easily become stuck in one place. Morale inside the company was really poor during the reorganization, and senior management's strategies, while exciting at first, seem to be losing steam, and stock price is a reflection of that.

    Pros

    -Made friends in the workplace easily
    -Relatively easy to learn job through training and day to day work
    -Awesome discount, 25% off
    -Occasional barbeques and cakes to recognize employees

    Cons

    After the change in CEO, changes were drastic such as
    -Firing a lot of good workers
    -Scheduling complications
    -Lost my regular hours (by the end of my time there i was getting barely 3 hours a week)
    -Rudeness of some associates and managers

    Advice to Management

    I feel as though things took a change when it came to new management, and I would try to find a way back to the way things used to be to retain happy employees.
