Pros – The discount
The people
The customers
Floor sets were fun always a blast.
Cons – The pay structure is not the best. That is being polite.
New people were making more than people who have been there for years.
There was no system in place to properly communicate to the associates at the start of there shift.
Even after training you feel thrown to the wolves.
Supervisors have favorites and are buddy buddy.
The entire management team was inconsistent and angry.
Advice to Senior Management – Departments should be more like separate stores letting supervisors have more control of them.
Management team needs to be more accountable for there departments and lead their people.
Has anyone ever coached on greeting, I have never been greeted since i left.
Hire the best and pay them the best.
Help them Ron, you are their only hope!
