    Pros

If you're young, I believe JCPenney is a great place to start. You will gain plenty of experience to take to your next job. Although, be prepared to work long hours.

    Cons

Associates are expected to work very long hours which means no work /life balance. Medical benefits are awful very high deductibles.

    Advice to Management

Talk to the associates that actually do the work before making major decisions. The people at the top have no clue what each position does and how it interacts with other areas.
